WP5: Online Collection of Good Practices (OCGP)

WP5 represents an Online Collection of Good Practices (an 80-page electronic manual, accessible from mobile devices, featuring a secure and universally readable font) that results from the activities carried out during the training period. This project outcome is led by Folkuniversitetet, leveraging its extensive expertise in this area.

WP5 will develop an electronic manual of best practices for the application of pedagogical leadership for teachers, both within and outside the school environment. These practices were identified by teachers as critical during the pilot phase and were analysed with their trainers during the synchronous course sessions. Due to its nature of sharing the experiment’s results beyond the classroom group, this outcome includes all target groups: high school teachers (direct); students aged 14 to 19 (indirect 1); primary and secondary school teachers, school leaders, and staff (indirect 2); and VET (Vocational Education and Training) teachers (indirect 3).

The WP will focus on defining the key and fundamental elements of best practices in educational leadership applied to critical situations inside or outside the classroom, as well as the necessary support activities to identify them within a specific context and culture in EU member states and associated countries.

The electronic manual will analyse and quantify the success factors for the positive and sustainable implementation of educational leadership tools and support activities and techniques. It will examine the relationship between good practices and the current state of affairs, especially in the wake of the pandemic, which disrupted the entire school system. In other words, it will examine and analyse the pre-existing conditions for success.
