On April 9, 2025, the Innovation Training Center S.SL. hosted a remarkable S4S Multiplier Event titled «El Proyecto S4S: oportunidades y retos» at the University of Almería (UAL). This hybrid event, combining face-to-face and online participation, aimed to provide comprehensive insights into the S4S project, including its curriculum, training modules, and e-learning platform.

Event Highlights

The event was meticulously organized to ensure that attendees (teachers in practice and “wanting to be teachers”) had access to all necessary information and resources. Held at the University of Almería and online via BBCOLLAB, it brought together a diverse group of participants. A total of 77 attendees, including 52 face-to-face and 25 online participants, engaged in the event. These attendees were primarily students training to be teachers or teachers in practice from the University of Almería, UNIR (International University of La Rioja), and AMEI Waece (World Association of EC Educators).

The agenda was thoughtfully crafted to cover various aspects of the S4S project:

  • 11:00: The event kicked off with an introduction by Rosa Maria Martinez Vazquez, a respected teacher at UAL, setting the stage for the day’s discussions.
  • 11:15: M. Begoña Arenas, Projects Coordinator at ITC, provided an overview of the S4S project, highlighting its goals and achievements.
  • 11:30: Begoña continued with a detailed presentation on curriculum design, emphasizing the innovative approaches adopted by the S4S project.
  • 12:00: The session on the three modules and the e-learning platform offered participants a deep dive into the project’s educational tools and resources.
  • 12:30: Elvira Sanchez Igual, Communication Responsible at AMEI WAECE, discussed opportunities for dissemination and exploitation, encouraging attendees to think about the broader impact of the project.
  • 13:00: The event concluded with a lively debate and open questions, allowing participants to engage directly with the presenters and share their thoughts.
