WP5 (Online Collection of Good Practices, OCGP) represents an Online Collection of Good Practices (an 80-page electronic manual accessible from mobile devices with a secure and universally readable font), which is the result of activities conducted during the training period. This project outcome is led by Folkuniversitetet, leveraging its extensive expertise in this field.
WP5 will develop an electronic manual of best practices for applying pedagogical leadership for teachers, both within and outside the school environment, focusing on situations identified as critical by teachers during the pilot phase and analyzed with their trainers during the synchronous sessions of the course. Due to its nature of sharing the experiment’s results beyond the classroom group, this outcome includes all target groups: high school teachers (direct); students aged 14 to 19 (indirect 1); primary and secondary school teachers, school leaders, and staff (indirect 2); and VET teachers (indirect 3).
The WP will focus on defining the key and fundamental elements of best practices in educational leadership applied to critical situations inside or outside the classroom, as well as the necessary support activities to identify these within a specific context and culture in EU member states and associated countries. The electronic manual will analyze and quantify the success factors for the positive and sustainable implementation of educational leadership tools, support activities, and techniques, examining the relationship between best practices and the current state of affairs, especially after the pandemic, which disrupted the entire school system. In other words, it will examine and analyze the preconditions for success.
To ensure cohesive and impactful results in line with the objectives of Work Package No. 5 (WP5), the partners decided at the meeting held last May in Palma to strategically divide the module experimentation as follows:
- Romania: Responsible for experimenting with all three modules.
- Spain and Bulgaria: Assigned to experiment with Module 1.
- Greece and Poland: Assigned to experiment with Module 2.
- Italy and Sweden: Assigned to experiment with Module 3.
This division aimed to gather high-quality materials for WP5. It proved more effective for UNIPIT, the course designer, to experiment with all the modules in full, while the other partners tested them in pairs. This deviation from the initially planned experimentation ensured greater coherence and depth in the content, significantly improving the overall quality of the materials collected for WP5. Additionally, this modification will greatly enhance the effectiveness of the final course version, ensuring that the content is better integrated and adapted to the needs of the various target groups. Trainers were also asked to record webinars for the modules not tested, ensuring that each recording did not exceed a maximum duration of 45 minutes.
