The Outcome of Work Package WP4

LET represents the main outcome of WP4, offering a scalable and adaptable solution to enhance teachers’ leadership skills and promote positive change within educational environments.

The focus was on developing the OPEN/ONLINE DIGITAL EDUCATION SEMINAR/WEBINAR, which involved creating an engaging and interactive learning platform known as Leadership Education for Teachers Online Space (LET). This innovative platform provides a dynamic approach to teacher training, moving away from traditional methods that rely on lengthy, text-based courses.

Through LET, teachers are guided through course modules by trainers, who assign tasks aimed at achieving specific learning objectives. These tasks are then reviewed by tutors and made available for further use on the LET platform.

The primary goal of this approach is to familiarize teachers with various leadership styles, enabling them to apply this knowledge in real school scenarios. The expected impact of LET is significant, with the anticipation that teachers who complete the course will possess the skills and knowledge necessary to foster a positive classroom environment and increase student engagement.
