Final Multiplier Event of the S4S Project in Poland

On April 16 and 23, 2025, the Polish partner Danmar Computers successfully hosted the final multiplier events of the S4S – The School 4 The Schools: An Effective Leadership in Challenging Times project. The events were organized in a hybrid format, with an online session and a face-to-face meeting in Ropczyce, and gathered a total of 76 participants from the educational sector.

The event gathered a total of 92 participants – 45 in person and 47 online – all secondary and high school teachers from Argeș County. The main objective was to present the results of the S4S project and to engage participants in the process of integrating and utilizing the educational tools developed through the project.

Two events to share best practices and project outcomes!

On April 9, 2025, the Innovation Training Center S.SL. hosted a remarkable S4S Multiplier Event titled „El Proyecto S4S: oportunidades y retos“ at the University of Almería (UAL). This hybrid event, combining face-to-face and online participation, aimed to provide comprehensive insights into the S4S project, including its curriculum, training modules, and e-learning platform.

 Event Highlights

The event was meticulously organized to ensure that attendees (teachers in practice and “wanting to be teachers”) had access to all necessary information and resources. Held at the University of Almería and online via BBCOLLAB, it brought together a diverse group of participants. A total of 77 attendees, including 52 face-to-face and 25 online participants, engaged in the event. These attendees were primarily students training to be teachers or teachers in practice from the University of Almería, UNIR (International University of La Rioja), and AMEI Waece (World Association of EC Educators).

The agenda was thoughtfully crafted to cover various aspects of the S4S project:

  • 11:00: The event kicked off with an introduction by Rosa Maria Martinez Vazquez, a respected teacher at UAL, setting the stage for the day’s discussions.
  • 11:15: M. Begoña Arenas, Projects Coordinator at ITC, provided an overview of the S4S project, highlighting its goals and achievements.
  • 11:30: Begoña continued with a detailed presentation on curriculum design, emphasizing the innovative approaches adopted by the S4S project.
  • 12:00: The session on the three modules and the e-learning platform offered participants a deep dive into the project’s educational tools and resources.
  • 12:30: Elvira Sanchez Igual, Communication Responsible at AMEI WAECE, discussed opportunities for dissemination and exploitation, encouraging attendees to think about the broader impact of the project.
  • 13:00: The event concluded with a lively debate and open questions, allowing participants to engage directly with the presenters and share their thoughts.

Evaluation Results

The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, reflecting the event’s success in meeting their expectations. The organization of the event received high praise, with average ratings for pre-event information (4.8), daily agenda (4.9), and accessibility options (4.8). The possibility of obtaining a certificate of attendance was also well-received (4.7).

Overall, the S4S Multiplier Event successfully met the expectations of its participants, delivering valuable knowledge and skills that are directly applicable to their professional lives. The positive feedback on the organization and content of the event highlights its effectiveness in achieving its objectives. Participants suggested incorporating more dynamic activities and enhancing visibility on social media to further improve the S4S project’s impact.

The aim of the events was to present the main outcomes of the project, showcase the tools developed, and engage teachers, educators, and stakeholders in a discussion on strengthening leadership in schools—especially in challenging times.

During both sessions, participants had the opportunity to:

  • learn about the S4S project and its key results,
  • explore the S4S Curriculum, the Blended Learning Course, and the LET digital platform,
  • take part in a live platform demo and hands-on activities,
  • discover good practices from partner countries,
  • and exchange insights with peers from other institutions.

The meetings provided a valuable space for learning and networking. Feedback collected through evaluation forms was overwhelmingly positive. Attendees rated the relevance of the content, quality of organization, and speaker expertise very highly. The LET platform and the blended learning course were particularly appreciated for their practical application in schools and teacher training environments.

Many participants expressed their intention to use the platform and training materials within their own schools. As one participant shared:
“The S4S platform provides a much-needed framework for strengthening leadership skills in our school.”

The final events in Poland marked a successful conclusion to the project’s dissemination phase and confirmed the strong interest and need for innovative approaches to educational leadership. We thank all participants for their involvement and engagement!

Evaluation Results

The event evaluation was conducted via an online questionnaire completed by 41 participants, using a Likert scale from 1 (“Very poor”) to 5 (“Excellent”), assessing three key dimensions: organization, content, and impact.

  • Organization:
    All aspects related to the agenda, provided materials, and venue facilities received the highest score of 5.0, with a standard deviation of 0.0, indicating unanimous satisfaction.
  • Content:
    The presentations on the project modules (WP2, WP3, WP4) and the final session were rated with the maximum score, reflecting high appreciation for the quality and delivery of the information.
  • Impact:
    Indicators such as relevance, usefulness of materials, speaker competence, duration, and informational value also received a score of 5.0.

Qualitative feedback confirmed positive impressions regarding both the organization and the content of the event. The uniformly high evaluation results suggest a coherent and successful collective experience. The event was highly appreciated both logistically and educationally.

S4S Multiplier Event – The School 4 The Schools: An Effective Leadership in Challenging Times

Uppsala, Sweden | March 11, 2025

Teachers, school leaders, and education experts gathered in Uppsala for an inspiring event organized by Folkuniversitetet, where the results of the project S4S – The School for the Schools were presented.

With 54 participants from the education sector, the day offered new energy, innovative ideas, and concrete tools to tackle today’s educational challenges. Attendees got to explore groundbreaking training modules on leadership, inclusion, and digital learning – all tailored to the real needs of schools.

One of the highlights? The interactive demonstration of the LET platform – a hands-on experience that made 85% of participants feel confident using digital tools in their teaching.

The day was filled with knowledge exchange, best practices, and engaging discussions. With 92% rating the event as “Excellent” or “Very Good,” it’s clear that the S4S project is paving the way for a smarter and more inclusive school system in Europe.

Evento Moltiplicatore – S4S – The School for the Schools

On 9 April 2025, the final conference of the Erasmus+ project S4S – The School for the Schools took place at the ITC Cattaneo Auditorium in San Miniato. The event gathered 77 participants, including teachers, school leaders and educational stakeholders. The conference featured the presentation of key project results, including modules on leadership, communication, inclusion, group management and digital learning. Participants explored the LET digital platform, tested interactive teaching tools, and shared good practices implemented in the piloting.

On 28 April 2025, an online event brought together 23 teachers from various Italian regions. Special guests Prof. Serena Gianfaldoni Dr. Sara Carloni (University of Pisa) and offered valuable insights into digital education, inclusive leadership and active citizenship. The webinar blended theoretical frameworks with concrete strategies to improve learning environments in the post-pandemic era.

📌 Both events sparked strong engagement and confirmed the quality and relevance of the S4S project resources.
